VIDEO: The Press Conference Was Technically Fiasco: Who Is Responsible?

The press conference was technically a fiasco. Today, a joint press conference was held in the National Assembly featuring U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi and National Assembly President Alen Simonyan, where existing issues technically disrupted one of the most important press conferences for Armenia.

This raises the question of who is responsible for organizing the conference and what accountability measures will be imposed on those who disgraced such an important conference for Armenia.
