Contract Soldier Nurse Irina Gasparyan Killed in Azerbaijani Attack

On September 13, due to Azerbaijan's unleashed aggression, contract soldier and nurse Irina Gasparyan was killed.

The relatives of Irina Gasparyan told NEWS.am that she was 47 years old and had joined the service five years ago, working at one of the military units in Gegharkunik. She also participated in the 44-day war. Irina was from Vardenis and was a mother of two children.

It is important to note that at this time, the deaths of three other female soldiers have also been reported: Susanna Margaryan, Anush Abetyan, and Alisa Melkonyan.
