Businessman Vahram Mirakyan Comments on C 300 Systems: 'Leave a Big Sign Saying, “Hit Me, Dear Bayraktar”'
Businessman Vahram Mirakyan wrote on his Facebook page: "During my service, I always wondered why the warehouses for military equipment and ammunition are not built underground, in bunkers. At least, the costly weapons' warehouses should be underground. One time, the commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Mossin, proudly shared that new weapons warehouses were being constructed. Later, we saw that they were not underground but built in open areas. I was left speechless. Then I thought, maybe I am naive; they can't be that foolish. The real warehouses must be underground. It's simple mathematics; if your military equipment or munitions are worth several tens of millions of dollars, why not spend an extra million to build a bunker, so that you don't lose that 10 or 20 million dollars with a single shot tomorrow. Then, the war showed that nothing was underground and was very accessible to destroy. And they were destroyed.
Two years have passed since the war. These are some parts related to our C 300 systems; they were hit a few days ago. They are still left out in the open. They should at least leave a big sign saying, 'Hit me, dear Bayraktar.' I'm starting to be surprised why that sign hasn't been put up. It's strange."
