VIDEO: Footage of Azerbaijani Shelling of Russian Border Post Shown to CSTO Joint Staff Chief

Roman Golubitskiy, head of the Russian Federal Security Service's border management in Armenia, showed Anatoly Sidorov, the head of the CSTO Joint Staff, footage of the Azerbaijani armed forces shelling a Russian border post located in eastern Armenia. The video was published on the CSTO's Twitter page.

“The Sotk border checkpoint, which housed 15 personnel, was located in a two-story building, a former observation post. After the shelling began, the personnel took cover in the corridor on the first floor, and no one was injured. In fact, during the attack, the staff managed to evacuate from the post, but they were unable to remove all property and equipment in time,” Golubitskiy reported. Details are available in the video.
