VIDEO: How Macron Learned About the Start of the War in Ukraine

A video has surfaced online showing how French President Emmanuel Macron spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the morning of February 24, learning about the start of the war.

“Emmanuel, I am sure that European leaders and Biden can reach out to Putin and say 'stop.' And he will stop,” says the Ukrainian president.
