This was stated by MP Khachatur Sukiasyan of the Civil Contract party in an interview with NEWS.am on September 15 in the National Assembly, addressing the question of whether he would join the process to impeach the Prime Minister if it were to begin.

"Everyone is composing a new song for themselves, and they start to sing that song. Political forces that have no shame are composing them. If they had shame, they would stand beside the foundations of the state, which are the government, the ministry of defense, etc. When we study our millennium-old history, we see that during all periods of statehood, the Armenian state and kingdom have collapsed in these same ways. Of course, there are people who do not understand what they are doing, or there are people who are confused, emotional, receiving information, and starting to participate in emotional actions. This must end, this is a state, the foundations of our statehood must be very strong," he said.
