Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the public on his Facebook page.
“Dear compatriots, I urge, request, and implore you not to fall for manipulations. No document has been signed and none is planned for signing. This is an information diversion directed by unfriendly external forces aimed at breaking the country's resilience,” he stated.
