VIDEO: Adequate Man Holds Child from Balcony in Moscow, Threatens to Drop from 12th Floor

In Moscow, an unstable man held a small child from a balcony and threatened to drop the child from the 12th floor of a building. Ren TV reported on this incident.

According to eyewitnesses, he ran back and forth with a knife from the room to the balcony, constantly shouting that he would throw the child onto the pavement.

Law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene apprehended the man. Fortunately, the child was unharmed. It is noted that the child was saved thanks to the swift actions of the police, and the apprehended individual is now at the police station.

Later, it became known that the man was under the influence of drugs.
