Kadyrov: Giving Up Several Cities and Villages Has Its Positive Aspects
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is confident that Russian forces will be able to regain control over the cities of Kharkiv. As reported by TASS, he made this statement in a message posted on his Telegram channel. Yesterday, Russian Ministry of Defense spokesman, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, announced that a decision had been made to regroup Russian forces for the operation to liberate Donbas.
“The Russian Ministry of Defense clarified why the Russian army withdrew from Izium, Kupiansk, and Balakleia in the Kharkiv direction. This was a tactical maneuver to avoid human losses. It absolutely means nothing. I, Ramzan Kadyrov, officially declare that those cities will be returned. Our guys are already there, who have been specially prepared for that work. Another 10,000 fighters are ready to depart. Soon we will reach Odesa, and you will see concrete results,” Kadyrov stated.
He also mentioned that he intends to approach the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense soon and present his vision for resolving the situation. “If the strategy for continuing the special operation does not change today or tomorrow, I will have to appeal to the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense and clarify the current situation. The situation is very interesting. The fact that several cities and villages have been given up has its positive sides,” Kadyrov added, emphasizing that they have sent specialized fighters who have already begun their mission.
