Defense Ministry Released a Statement

The statement released by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that on September 9, the armed forces of Armenia opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is untrue.

The situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively stable and is under complete control of the Armenian Armed Forces. This has been reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
