This is Both Azerbaijan's and Armenia's Achievement: Charles Michel

European Council President Charles Michel, commenting on the return of five Armenian prisoners of war, wrote on his Twitter account:
"We welcome the release of five Armenian detainees in Baku following discussions that took place in Brussels on August 31. This transfer marks a significant first in bilateral efforts, and this is an achievement for both Azerbaijan and Armenia. The primary priority remains the resolution of all existing humanitarian issues."

It should be noted that on September 8, the Azerbaijani side returned five Armenian prisoners of war to Armenia:
- Aghramanyan Martin Mushegh, born 28.05.1996, Gyumri,
- Gevorgyan Ashot Artak, born 30.06.1998, Gyumri,
- Grigoryan Felix Artashes, born 23.12.1996, Gyumri,
- Manukyan Varazdat Anushavani, born 07.07.1990, Gyumri,
- Hovsepyan Edik Tigran, born 02.08.1999, Vanadzor.
