Arsen Babayan: 'Daniel Lost Again'

Arsen Babayan, a member of the 'Homeland' party council, wrote on his Facebook page: 'Daniel Ioannisyan lost again in the Court of Appeals regarding the interim decision on the lawsuit for compensation for damages to honor and dignity against me. This is Daniel's second defeat in a lawsuit filed against me. Notably, I am not participating in this phase of the appeal process. He is losing even without my participation. Just imagine what will happen when I do take part in the court hearing.'

He added, 'By the way, Daniel is 4 years younger than me. I'm glad he considers me younger.'
