Video: Most of Belgorod Left Without Power and Water – What Happened
In Belgorod, an electrical substation was damaged overnight, leaving much of the city without power and water. Some streets are experiencing non-functional traffic lights.
Power supply is expected to be restored today at 10:00 AM local time.
The cause of the explosion that led to the power outage has not yet been reported. For more details, watch the video.
