Ministry of Defense Releases New Statement

The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense alleging that the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire on a civilian excavation vehicle is yet another piece of misinformation, according to the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Aram Torosyan.

"The situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border is relatively stable and is under the full control of the Armenian Armed Forces," the press release from the Ministry of Defense states.
