Drinking Water Prices to be Reevaluated

The Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia will monitor the actual volumes of retail water supply registered by the company 'Veolia Water'. ArmLur.am learned that the monitoring will take place from September 1 to October 31. Meanwhile, it is worth noting that 'Veolia Water' LLC submitted a proposal to the Commission on August 8 of this year to reevaluate the tariffs for drinking water supply and drainage (wastewater treatment) services.

The company is proposing a retail tariff for drinking water at 177.653 AMD per cubic meter, and a retail tariff for drainage services at 31.350 AMD per cubic meter.
