Armenia Aims to Resolve Nagorno-Karabakh Issue with Russia's Support, Says Nikol Pashinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced Armenia's desire to improve relations with Turkey with Russia's support. "We have already started negotiations with Turkey. We hope to enhance our relations with Turkey with the support of Russia," Pashinyan said during the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok.
According to him, there is an intensive discussion with Azerbaijan regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. "We expect the support of the Russian Federation not only as a strategic ally of the Republic of Armenia but also as a very close partner of Azerbaijan. This also opens up opportunities for Azerbaijan," the Armenian Prime Minister noted.
