What Permission is Needed for the Video? Minister Discusses the Video of the Christ Statue

There is currently no approved project. There is no construction at this time. This was stated by Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Vahram Dumanyan in a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly, referring to the recently published animated video about the Christ statue-complex to be built on Mount Hatis by the 'Gagik Tsarukyan' charitable foundation.

When asked whether the foundation has applied to the ministry for permission, Dumanyan responded that no permission is needed for the video. 'We see no problem. They have published a mockup; they did well, what is the issue? We are not co-authors of it. What permission do you want for posting some videos online? It’s a waste of time. There is currently no approved project. There is no construction at this time,' he said.

Earlier, it was reported that the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport had appealed to the police regarding the damage caused to a newly discovered fortress at the top of Mount Hatis. The basis for this appeal was the professional conclusion of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography regarding the damage to the newly discovered fortress.
