“The United Kingdom and the United States are the closest friends and allies. We maintain a strong and united approach to supporting the people of Ukraine and holding Russia accountable for its actions,” Biden noted in a statement regarding the election of the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

It is worth mentioning that the new Prime Minister in the UK is former Foreign Secretary Liz Truss.
