Review the Detention Measure Imposed on Mikael Arzumanyan: Artsakh MPs Appeal to the Prosecutor General

The MPs of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly have submitted a petition to the Prosecutor General of Armenia, A. Davtyan, and to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, A. Kyaramyan, requesting a review of the detention measure imposed on Mikael Arzumanyan and to replace it with a measure not involving detention.

It is reminded that during the 44-day war, Mikael Arzumanyan, who led the Defense Army of Artsakh, was charged with military negligence for organizing the defense of Shushi and the surrounding areas, and he has been detained.
