Peskov Talks About Moscow's Attitude Toward Translation Errors

The Kremlin has a negative attitude toward inaccurate formulations that arise from translation errors. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, while commenting on the words of the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, who claimed that his words were mistranslated.

“We have a negative attitude toward such translations, and we disapprove of the inaccurate formulations that result from such mistranslations,” he said in a conversation with journalists, as reported by RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the press secretary of the head of European diplomacy, Peter Stano, said that Borrell did not describe Russia as a 'fascist state and fascist regime', calling it a translation error.
