Erdogan: Putin is Using All His Weapons

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that the West, having found itself in an energy crisis, is reaping the consequences of the sanctions imposed on Russia and its president.

“We have no issues with gas. The West is indeed reaping the fruits of its actions. The West's attitude and the sanctions against esteemed Putin have led to this situation. Putin is using all the weapons he has,” Erdogan said during a press conference.

“Unfortunately, this situation has arisen, and one can assume that there will be a very difficult winter in the West. We do not have such problems,” he added.

It is worth noting that earlier, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that the European Union is unlikely to fully replace Russian oil and gas in the next 5-10 years, a sentiment echoed by key players in the sector. According to the minister, discussions about Europe's abandonment of Russian oil negatively affect the market, which responds immediately.
