Large Fire Erupts in Tavush, Still Not Extinguished: Details

On September 5, at 07:00, firefighting operations resumed. A total of 74 rescuers are participating in the firefighting efforts. Remember, on August 31, at 13:25, the Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center received a report of a fire near the winery in Ijevan. Three firefighting teams were dispatched from the Emergency Situations Ministry's regional rescue department.

It was found that approximately 5-6 hectares of grassland were burning. Out of the four directions of the fire, three have been extinguished, while there are three smoldering hotspots in the fourth direction. Thirteen firefighters have been assigned to monitor these hotspots.
