Putin Reveals Details on Creation of Anti-Russian Enclave in Ukraine

The special operation is aimed at protecting the residents of Donbas and Russia, against whom an anti-Russian enclave is being created in Ukraine. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin during an open lesson titled 'A Conversation About Important Matters.'

'An anti-Russian enclave has begun to be created in the territory of today’s Ukraine, which threatens our country, and that is why our boys, who are fighting there, are protecting the residents of Donbas and Russia itself. Certainly, they deserve all kinds of support from the public. Because the boys who are fighting there are risking their health, and many are losing their lives. They must understand what they are giving their lives for — for Russia and for the people living in Donbas,' he said.

According to Putin, Russia's task is to stop the war unleashed by the Ukrainian authorities against compatriots living in Donbas. 'They had practically started a war against them. For eight years, they conducted that war. And our task, our mission, the mission of our soldiers, whom you mentioned, the mission of the Donbas militia is to stop that war, protect people, and of course, protect Russia itself, because an anti-Russian enclave has begun to be created in the territory of today’s Ukraine, which threatens our country,' the Russian president stated.
