What Azrumanyan Said at the Pre-Investigation Body: 'Joghuktur'

According to the 'Joghuktur' newspaper, former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Mikayel Azrumanyan, has been previously summoned multiple times to present himself at the pre-investigation body, but he failed to appear. As a result, the pre-investigation body made a decision to detain him, and he was arrested on his way to Armenia.

So, specifically which criminal case was Mikayel Azrumanyan interrogated about and what charges were brought against him? 'Joghuktur' learned that he was interrogated in connection with the criminal case regarding the failure to defend the city of Shushi and the process of surrendering it. Regarding what Azrumanyan said at the pre-investigation body, he did not provide concrete explanations to the investigator's questions and only stated at the end that he does not accept the charges.

It should be noted that Azrumanyan was detained while on his way to Yerevan and has been arrested for 72 hours. Whether he will be detained or not will depend on the court's decision; time will tell.
