Mikael Arzumanyan Charged

The former commander of the Defense Army and chief advisor to the President of Artsakh, Mikael Arzumanyan, has been charged, as reported by NEWS.am, citing its sources.

He faces charges for showing negligence in his official duties, which has resulted in serious consequences. Earlier, it was reported that Mikael Arzumanyan had been arrested. In this regard, Politik.am stated that Arzumanyan was apprehended while on his way from Artsakh to Yerevan.
