Beglaryan on Rumors About Return of Azerbaijani Refugees

Rumors regarding the return of Azerbaijani refugees to Ivanyan or other communities under the control of the Artsakh authorities have no basis in reality. This was stated by the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, during a rally in Stepanakert’s Renaissance Square on August 30 in response to questions from participants.

According to Beglaryan, such issues are not on the agenda of the Artsakh authorities. “We consider it unacceptable to spread such divisive and provocative rumors within society during this difficult time. We already have numerous unresolved problems and security issues, which primarily fall under the burden and responsibility of the authorities to solve. However, in order to successfully overcome the existing challenges, we must all concentrate our efforts together and recognize that only through mutual support can we safeguard our national and state interests,” Beglaryan said.
