Last week, news spread that the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, had traveled abroad. According to sources, he went to Germany for medical treatment. Considering that during his trial, Robert Kocharian had repeatedly requested changes to his detention conditions under the pretense of needing medical care, this news could have seemed credible.

However, according to information from Radar Armenia, this time he has settled in Italy, where he is enjoying a vacation with his Russian-Armenian oligarch friends. “Our sources also report that Kocharian’s ‘treatment’ is taking place on a yacht, soaking up the sun on the Italian coast. Meanwhile, of course, his parliamentary group is planning another decisive rally with a 'saving the homeland' agenda,” noted Radar Armenia.
