Citizen Vigen Sargsyan shared a video on his Facebook page with the caption: 'I decided that everything is pointless, and I would not write about anything or spend time at all. But every day I encounter such chaotic situations. For months, on my way to work, there’s a police post near the Children’s Railway where they ensure the peaceful tranquility of the citizens. There, they have created a kind of chaotic gazebo situation, with trash piling up all around them, someone smoking and throwing their cigarette butts, cups, and boxes from where they are sitting or from their cars, tossing them wherever they please. The large trash bin is only about 5 meters away from them. From majors to officers, they are maintaining this chaotic gazebo-like state during their duty, constantly littering, parking their cars on the sidewalk, greeting each other with kisses and hugs. This happened today, in the Complex.

I ask, 'Why did you litter?' and he responds, 'Well, why are you standing on the lawn?' I say, 'You’re doing something wrong,' and he tells me, 'Don’t tell me that. If you care so much about cleanliness, go tell those citizens.' I say, 'It’s not about cleanliness; it’s about your complete lack of discipline,' to which he replies, 'Don’t direct me, don’t demand discipline from me.' This is the kind of chaotic state I encounter every day. I don’t even go to the office so I won’t have to see them. This is the most parasitic and chaotic institution in this country. Of course, there will be decent people in the system, but what I see daily after all these years resembles a disaster – a semi-criminal dump. Besides polluting and showing off, they are incapable of anything else.'
