Video: 'Russia Shells Railway in Dnipropetrovsk' - Zelensky States There Are Numerous Casualties and Injuries

Russian forces have shelled the railway line in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky during his speech at the UN Security Council.

“As a result of the Russian missile strike on the Chaplino railway station in the Dnipropetrovsk region, at least 15 people have been killed, and around 50 others have been injured. These figures will be updated. Rescuers are working at the site. Four passenger cars have burned,” Zelensky added.
