Neighbor Lures 9-Year-Old Girl to Home Under Pretense of Making Coffee in Armavir

A resident of one of the villages in the Armavir region has reported to the police that on August 19, between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, her neighbor H., who was inebriated, invited her 9-year-old daughter to his home and attempted to commit sexual assault. This was reported by Shamshyan.

Police officers from the community police department responded to the call and arrived at the scene, where the woman stated that her daughter also had bruises on her body. The police found that 70-year-old H. P. had lured the 9-year-old girl under the pretense of making coffee, taken her to his home, and then convinced her to lie on the bed, after which he performed lewd acts against her.
