“Who said that, Rubinyan?” - Seyran Ohanyan
Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan had stated months ago in a conversation with journalists that opposition lawmakers "should enter the National Assembly with their heads down, look us in the eye, and not be able to repeat what they have said in the streets."
Today, responding to that statement in a conversation with journalists, Seyran Ohanyan, a member of the ‘Armenia’ faction of the National Assembly, said: “Who said that... Rubinyan? Rubinyan is now meeting with Kılıç, head down, and whatever Kılıç says, he does obediently. We have never bowed our heads.”
