Zahharova on Journalist's Murder

Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, labeled the Kyiv regime as fake, commenting on the words of Ukraine's Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko regarding the alleged forgery of a photo of National Guard employee Natalia Vovk that appeared in the media. "This can be said about the entire Kyiv regime," the diplomat wrote on her Telegram channel.

Earlier, Natalia Vovk's cousin had informed a RIA Novosti correspondent that Natalia Vovk, a Ukrainian citizen suspected of murdering Russian journalist Daria Dugina, was serving in the Ukrainian army. Political analyst and journalist Daria Dugina died on Saturday evening from a car explosion on the Mozhaysk Highway in the Odintsovo district of Moscow region.
