The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, Davit Babayan, wrote on his Facebook page: “With great sorrow, I learned about the tragic death of Bella Dadamyan, an employee of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia. We lost an honest, responsible, and knowledgeable colleague.

On behalf of the entire staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and personally from me, I express my deep condolences and sympathies to Bella Dadamyan's family and loved ones. It is difficult to describe and characterize this terrible tragedy with words. In this challenging time, we share in the grief of this irreparable loss. I wish you strength of spirit and patience.”
