Presenting Flowers to Anna Hakobyan was a Gentlemen's Gesture: Kajaran Mayor

“Any man should have no questions regarding any woman. We show our gentlemen’s stance, we know how to respect women,” said Manvel Paramazyan, the head of the Kajaran community, during a conversation with journalists at the 64th anniversary celebrations of the community, commenting on why he presented flowers to Anna Hakobyan, the wife of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Regarding his relationship with the Syunik governor, he noted, “Yes, the governor and I have been friends for a long time, and that allows us to implement more programs in our community, because you cannot be the head of a community without having relations with the government.”
