Zelensky Clarifies Conditions for Resuming Talks with Russia
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has outlined the preconditions for resuming negotiations with Russia following a trilateral meeting in Lviv with the UN Secretary-General and the President of Turkey.
As reported by Armenpress, citing the RIA Novosti news agency, Zelensky stated that talks with Moscow can only proceed if the Russian Federation withdraws its troops from the territories in Ukraine it currently occupies.
Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also mentioned his intention to discuss the outcomes of the Lviv trilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
