Photos: Flags of Armenia lowered at the Council of Europe in mourning
The Republic of Armenia has declared a period of mourning from August 17 to 18, 2022, in memory of the citizens who lost their lives as a result of the explosion that occurred in Yerevan on August 14.
As part of the two-day mourning period, the flags of Armenia have been lowered at the permanent representation of Armenia at the Council of Europe and in front of the headquarters of the Council of Europe.
