During landing at the Ust-Kut airport in the Irkutsk region, part of an An-24 aircraft wing was torn off. The incident occurred as the plane's wing made contact with the runway during landing.

There were 44 people on board, and no one was injured. Investigators and prosecutors have initiated an inquiry into the incident.
