Health Status of Citizens Affected by Surmalu Explosion Announced by Emergency Situations Ministry
As of 4:00 PM, 4 citizens injured in the explosion at the "Surmalu" shopping center are still receiving treatment in medical facilities in Yerevan. This information was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.
“A total of 62 citizens sought medical assistance in Yerevan hospitals, of which 4 are still undergoing treatment, while the others have been discharged after receiving appropriate medical care,” the announcement stated.
It is noteworthy that by 10:00 AM, 5 citizens affected by the Surmalu explosion were receiving treatment in the capital's medical centers.
Recall that an explosion occurred at the "Surmalu" shopping center on August 14 at approximately 13:23. As of now, it is known that 16 people have died, and 2 individuals are still missing.
