Zaporizhia Authorities Urge Ukrainians to Evacuate
Zaporizhia regional administration council member Vladimir Rogov has called on residents living in areas controlled by Kyiv authorities to relocate to "liberated territories." This was reported to RIA Novosti by a representative of the authorities.
"Winter is coming and, for example, in the city of Zaporizhia, which is temporarily controlled by the Zelensky regime, centralized hot water supply has already been cut off, tariffs are constantly rising, so the heating season will obviously be disrupted there. Therefore, if people wish, they can safely evacuate to the liberated territories, where they will certainly be warm, safe, and have hot water," Rogov said.
According to him, a gas pipeline construction is currently underway in the Zaporizhia region, which will allow the region to receive gas supplies from Russia.
During the special operation, Russian military forces have taken control of the Kherson region and the Azov part of the Zaporizhia region, capturing major cities such as Kherson, Melitopol, and Berdyansk, effectively cutting Ukraine off from the Sea of Azov.
