What Weather Is Expected in the Coming Days
The territory of the Republic continues to be under the influence of tropical warm air currents from Iraqi regions, which is expected to cause day-time temperatures in the Ararat Valley, the foothill areas of Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor, and in the valleys of Syunik and Yerevan to reach +39...+41 degrees Celsius from August 15-18.
Due to the high thermal background and lack of precipitation, a high level of fire danger is anticipated in the foothill and valley areas of the republic during this period.
