The Minister of Emergency Situations, Armen Pambukhchyan, in a conversation with journalists regarding citizens' complaints about the work of rescuers, stated: “I want to meet with the relatives and discuss the facts. This particular area, which we refer to as point 3 and 4, was covered with rubble yesterday, and was already open early in the morning. The work has not stopped for a moment. Considering that there might be citizens under the rubble, we cannot conduct operations with a tractor that might injure them,” he said.

Dogs have found certain traces under the rubble. This was also mentioned by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Emergency Situations during a conversation with journalists.
