Rubinyan Greets Serdar Kilic in Turkish When Calling

The Turkish newspaper "Hürriyet," which is close to the government, has published an article titled "A New Phase in the Armenia-Turkey Normalization Process: 500 Phone Conversations that Melted the Ice," which discusses some details from a recent interview with an anonymous official from the Turkish Foreign Ministry. The article also addresses the working activities of special representatives Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kilic. It begins by noting that the Armenia-Turkey normalization process has entered a new phase, within which it is planned for the relevant structures of the two countries to meet in September to exchange ideas on technical issues.

The author details that representatives will be included in the technical delegations from the ministries of Transport, Trade, and Foreign Affairs of both countries. It is expected that a roadmap will be developed, which will also involve the steps of the technical delegations based on agreements reached during the recent meeting between Rubinyan and Kilic. The venue for the upcoming meeting in September has not yet been disclosed.

Furthermore, it is noted that besides their four meetings in Moscow and Vienna, Rubinyan and Kilic have had around 500 phone conversations.
