Explosion at ‘Surmalu’ Market Leaves 30 Injured

As of now, there are 30 injured persons from the explosion, including 3 minors who have been transferred to the ‘Holy Mother of God’ Medical Center. The injured have been taken to the National Burn Center and other medical facilities.

Fourteen injured individuals have been admitted to the Shengavit Medical Center, of which 5 have received first aid and have been discharged. Following the explosion, 3 were transferred to the Armenia Medical Center, 4 to the Holy Mother of God Medical Center, 4 to the Erebuni Medical Center, and 6 to the Number 1 University Hospital. All the injured are receiving the necessary medical care.

Unfortunately, one citizen could not be saved.

As previously reported, a powerful explosion occurred today at the ‘Surmalu’ shopping center’s explosives storage, resulting in injuries.
