How Many Ukrainian Soldiers Have Died in Combat Operations

The Deputy Head of the People's Militia of the Donetsk People's Republic, Eduard Basurin, has provided specific data on the number of Ukrainian soldiers who have died during ongoing combat operations in Donbas:

“The number of casualties may even exceed 193,000. We know that the adversary constantly underreports the data, so this could mean that the actual number of casualties is significantly higher,” the official's words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that the situation for the country’s armed forces is dire in several regions.
