Displaced individuals from Artsakh due to the 44-day war in 2020 are holding a protest in front of the Russian Embassy in Armenia. According to Levon Hayryan, the head of the NGO 'For the Sake of Hadrut,' who organized the action, they demand that Armenia's strategic partner, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, and a permanent member of the UN Security Council fulfill their peacekeeping obligations in Artsakh.

“Since the November 9, 2020, agreement, Khuzaberd was given away, then Parukh, and now the same is happening again. None of the parties to the trilateral agreement—Azerbaijan, Russia, plus Armenia—are doing anything to change this situation,” stated Hayryan.
