Today, I have once again convened an expanded meeting of the Security Council to discuss the military-political situation in the Republic. This was stated by the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan.

"Qualifying the actions carried out by Azerbaijan against Artsakh since August 1 as provocations, I noted that steps are being taken through the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Artsakh to de-escalate the situation and achieve a peaceful resolution. Therefore, I urge all our compatriots to maintain restraint and calmness. We can note that at this stage there are certain changes regarding the de-escalation of the situation related to both the military situation and the Berdzor corridor," Harutyunyan wrote.
