New Footage of Incident Involving Russian Peacekeepers in Artsakh: What Happened

New footage has been released of the incident involving Russian peacekeepers and representatives of Armenian media in Artsakh. Journalist Zhiraer Voskanyan from 1in.am reported that Russian peacekeepers, dressed in civilian clothes, displayed rude behavior and words, wearing masks and holding automatic weapons, did not allow entry into Artsakh.

“They said: ‘If there is leadership in the Republic of Armenia, then you should know that you cannot enter Artsakh. If you want to go to Artsakh, bring the permission of the Russian leadership,’” the journalist wrote.
