VIDEO: What Is Happening Currently at the Baghramyan Metro Station
Auroranews.am has released a video showing the situation at the Baghramyan metro station following a report of explosive devices.
Today, at 18:59, the National Crisis Management Center received information that explosive devices were placed in several locations, including the Yerevan City Hall, all metro stations, Zvartnots International Airport, and at 19 Baghramyan Street, as well as at all major military and civilian facilities.
Fire and rescue teams from the Emergency Situations Ministry have been dispatched to these addresses. A canine unit from the Rescue Forces Department has also headed to Zvartnots International Airport, while an engineering unit from the Civil Defense Department is en route to 19 Baghramyan Street.
Evacuations have been carried out at all metro stations, and all individuals have been removed from the premises. The metro is closed indefinitely until it is determined what is happening. This information was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Metro, Tatev Khachatryan, in an interview with Auroranews.am.
