Defense Army Provides Update on Injured Soldier

The Ministry of Defense has just issued a statement regarding the injured soldier. "As we previously reported, on August 1, Armed Forces member Albert Vladiki Bakhshiyan was injured. The condition of the injured soldier is satisfactory. His life is not in danger," stated the Artsakh Ministry of Defense's press service.

It is worth noting that on August 1, starting at 09:00, Azerbaijani units attempted to provoke tensions in several areas along the northern and northwestern borders of the Republic of Artsakh, making attempts to breach the contact line, which were thwarted by the forces of the Defense Army. There have been no territorial or human losses on the Armenian side. Detailed information regarding the events has been provided to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.

Later, it became known that the Armenian side has recorded one injury, that of Defense Army soldier Albert Vladiki Bakhshiyan.
