Where is Masis Abrahamyan Currently?

Human rights defender Ruben Melikyan writes, "Masis Abrahamyan, the head of the Armenian Cause Office in the Netherlands, has been declared a 'persona non grata.' His entry to the Homeland is prohibited, and Mr. Abrahamyan is currently located in the transit area of 'Zvartnots' airport. I know Mr. Abrahamyan personally; he significantly assisted the Artsakh Human Rights Defender’s office during 2016-2018, when I was leading that institution. Mr. Abrahamyan has offered me to take on the defense of his interests in contesting this arbitrariness against him, and I have, of course, accepted that proposal."
